This is one of the few places I trust to leave my dog overnight or even at day care. The staff are friendly, caring, and helpful. We have had nothing but great experiences here.

An AMAZING boarding place!! the staff are beyond sweet and helpful. my kitty came home so happy and we are so pleased! They took our kitty last minute, we had just moved here and had to wait on our home and they definitely made our move 100 times easier. Definitely an amazing place to board your kitty!

Our dog seems to like it here and the people are nice but I am curious about the foul odor that is there sometimes. We used this facility 2 years ago and do not remember any extremely bad smells.

We found The Pet Spot because it was close to our Airbnb in Cincinnati. We had our Sheepadoodle spend two days at doggie daycare after her evaluation. The staff is formidable, polite, very good at communicating and our puppy was tired when we picked her up both days. Awesome pet facility. Emma was helpful as well as others who greeted us. Since Covid-19 is still happening I was unable to enter the lobby, but the workers are very kind and polite. Very professional website and lovely clean building (from the outside at least lol) my dogs are super happy, soft and smell wonderful! They got their nails done as well and they look lovely. They estimated 3 hours for two pups, but it only took a little over an hour for them to be ready! Would recommend to any pet parent.

I've seen the sign for this place many times while driving on the Norwood Lateral but didn't really think too much of it. That is, until my lady and I needed to get our pup some grooming in the form of a bath and a nail trim. Usually, we went to either Petsmart or Laundromutt, but both of those places were booked until next month, so after some quick thinking and research, The Pet Spot came up. For grooming we usually take our French Bulldog to Pet Smart in Oakley or Laundromutt in Fairfax. Both places were booked until the beginning of July. We needed to get this done due to our family vacation we planned for the following weekend. Plus we have busy work hours during the week wouldn't allow us to take him. We took our Border Collie mix to get groomed- and to be totally transparent- we waited way too long to get him groomed. They were able to get Ares an appointment the next day, and they were incredibly polite and professional. They also did a phenomenal job! It wasn't inexpensive, but like I said, they did a great job and Ares' fur was not in great shape. Definitely would recommend this place to anyone needing to get their dog groomed!
