My only complaint about The Pet Spot is that I don't live in Cincinnati anymore, and it's a little out of the way from Texas. I lived in Cincinnati for a little over a year and used them for boarding (probably a total of 30 days over the course of 15 months), daycare (2-3 days per week + days when he was boarding), and grooming (whenever his hair started hanging over his eyes). My dog loves the Pet Spot! She is always happy to go there for grooming, day care and boarding. I love the outstanding service the Pet Spot provides, and knowing that my dog enjoys it and is safe there. I have been taking my dog to the Pet Spot since she was a puppy (over 10 years now) and I highly recommend the Pet Spot to all pet owners!

I have been bringing my chocolate lab to The Pet Spot ever since it opened and have always received top notch treatment. My dog loves going for boarding and for grooming. As my dog has aged, the Pet Spot employees are aware of his limitations and are helpful and happy to accommodate special requests. I wouldn't take my dog anywhere else! I have been taking my dogs to Pet Spot since they opened and this is the best place for boarding, doggy day care and grooming. The staff are total animal lovers and my dogs always are excited to go to Pet Spot.

I have been taking my dog to The Pet Spot for several years and always have an excellent experience whether it's for daycare or boarding while out of town. The facility is very clean and Jeff as well as his staff are always extremely friendly and professional. Thanks for taking such great care of my four pawed friend!

Service is always friendly and quick. There's always plenty of employees, which makes me feel better about the care of my dog, and they all seem to know her name, which makes me feel better as well about leaving her for boarding. Our dog can't wait to get to day care, so they must be doing something right.

I take my 2 dogs to day care and boarding. The staff is friendly to people and dogs, and the prices are very reasonable, especially if you have multiple dogs, as they give multi-dog discounts. But what really stands out is the care they show for the dogs. My two were boarding there while I was out of town for work, and my older dog had a stroke (through no fault of Pet Spot, and sudden - he was fine when I dropped him off.) We LOVE The Pet Spot so much that we drove the boys from SC to spend time playing with them. It had been 5 years since we moved away and everyone still remembered my boy! The staff was awesome and made sure that after many hours of driving the dogs had plenty of playtime before being fed dinner, given meds and put to bed in a comfy room for the night.

We are new to the Cincinnati area, so finding somewhere for our pups to stay when we needed to leave town made us nervous. Fortunately, we found The Pet Spot! The staff is incredibly friendly and wonderful! One of our dogs had a little issue when we arrived, and the staff went out of their way to assist me with getting it taken care of. Our dogs were happy and obviously well cared for. We are so thankful we found this place, feel very comfortable having our beloved pets here, and will definitely be using The Pet Spot again!
