This is the most INCOMPETENT organization EVER. I am getting billed for EAP covered visits that I did not even complete because they are so INCOMPETENT, UNORGANIZED, UNPROFESSIONAL. Long hold times for ZERO HELP.

Never again will I use thriveworks no matter how depressed I get I rather deal with it on my on the company is a bunch of liars…never filed with my insurance company and they want me to pay out of pocket when my insurance should pay 💰 I’m livid…never again!!!

After attempting to secure an initial appointment for over two months, I was FINALLY able to get someone to answer the phone and find an appointment for my son who has severe ADHD; Autism and Anxiety. As we were in the process of booking the appointment I was told there was a $39/month “membership fee” in addition to any cash pay or insurance payments made. How in the world is a therapy practice going to require you to be a member in order to pay for services?!?! This is what hat is truly wrong with the mental health service... read more

It starts from their “support team” who are clearly very out of touch with the schedules of the therapists. I left work an hour early to meet with a therapist for an intake appointment, all to be told that she had no availability to coordinate with my availability. Yet they charge you for a membership for these types of reasons? I have read nothing but horrible unsettling reviews about this company. I have joint custody of my daughter with her father, it’s a long ugly story- but this company despite having a court order to disclose ALL of our child’s records and communication ect…they still refuse to communicate or disclose anything to me regarding our child. I’ve tried to go through 4 different people, only 1 person acted like they wanted to help, I filled out forms, sent court orders showing a judge saying that the therapist is supposed to communicate and send me the information, I’ve sent proof of everything and stil... read more

EDIT #2: I'm bumping my reviews around the internet from 1 to 3 stars because, after a conversation with the manager of the rep I spoke with on the phone, I got a full apology and a full refund - including for the 2months where I was actually using their services. I can't promise that everyone who has had a problem with Thriveworks will get the kind of resolution I did. But, at a minimum, when I went to war with them they quickly apologized and gave me more than I was even asking for. So I have to give them props for that... read more

DO NOT USE THRIVEWORKS!!!! When I signed up with Thriveworks, I signed a contract clearly stating any all fees. After 4 months, I was told I owe $400 in undisclosed fees. I called my insurance company and the assured me that I only owe a copay. After a month of going back and forth with Thriveworks via email (because nobody actually answers the phone, and if they do there is never a manager available), I received an email saying my balance had been resolved and my account had been closed. 5 months later they tried to charge... read more
