A FANTASTIC place if getting coned out of money is your thing.👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻Got subpar counseling and canceled all future sessions with my therapist, mainly because it was not helpful. I essentially went into a coma from cancer and when I “woke up”, discovered months later that I was still being billed monthly for their “subscription”. I have had the worse experience with this company being charged $300 in one month for missing appointments and I haven’t received any form of counseling or help. Thriveworks is stealing my money and made my mental health worse.

NEVER. EVER. EVER. USE. THIS. COMPANY. They are straight up fraudulent. I booked ONE therapy appt and after I booked it, I read all the horrific reviews and immediately called to cancel. Since then, it's been a living nightmare. I got a cancellation confirmation, but then I still got an appointment confirmation a week later. I made a new Facebook and deleted my old one, but I'm reposting my review of this place because I hate it that much. NEVER UTILIZE THEM, EVER!!!! DO NOT UTILIZE THRIVEWORKS SERVICE. Do not use this service! I booked an appointment, took off of work and drove 1 1/2 hours. When I arrived, no one was there. I called customer service hoping that they could get in contact with the therapist to find out where she was and if she was running late. I was basically told that my appointment didn’t translate over to her calendar because they don’t usually allow online booking. Mind you, this was a FEATURE ON THE WEBSITE. DO NOT USE THRIVEWORKS, they are a total scam and will take advantage of you up and down. Find a therapist through anyone else if you can. They messed up my scheduling and then tried billing me $100 for their mistake. After spending 2 hours trying to get a hold of anyone to fix the problem, I was so frustrated I told them to close my account. Thriveworks is horrible. They are not a sound, ethical company. They do NOT provide the services for which they charge. In fact, I have filed a legal fraud case for unauthorized charges to my debit card formally through Wells Fargo. Avoid this organization at all cost!! You have been warned.
