Fraud. They charged me a $39 lifetime membership last time and they charged me again recently. Scammers

fraud and that is it.. this is a fraud company, they purposely set up shops around college campus and advertise $39 to go in and insurance pays everything else, when a person get in, they write down your insurance and your credit card, and set up these so called fake sessions virtual, the person has no credentials and group session, the person leading the session somehow = fake actors the entire purpose is to pretend and just say hi.. there is no statement, all done through email and if you dig, they dont even have a address... read more

HORRENDOUS! Don't waste your money or time. they are quick to bill you but when they over bill you they don't want to give you your money back I canceled 3 months ago and still having to deal with them

Stay away their billing and client support team is awful. They will have weak transparency in billing. I was charged for the last session I didn’t even go to even thought I cancelled well in advance due to another billing issue. It’s a labyrinth to get through to people that can help you and a large percent of the people you talk to some communicate well at all. I didn’t even try to fight the last charge because I cannot get through to anyone that can help.

Horrible! They charged my fiance $700 when they were supposed to charge my insurance. They never answer their emails and the customer service representatives always tell me different information. Everyone is blaming someone else, and it has been a month and a half of constant hour long phone calls and emails (most of which no one responds too). they keep taking 99 dollars from my account for nothing they robbing people money this is twice I haven't seen not one therapist and they try and say cause u canceled 99 dollars is outrageous

Don't bother with Thriveworks. They've just charged me 99 dollars without reason, along with the fact that they didn't even send an email for the first session as they said they would. This just feels like this company wants to take advantage of those who aren't in a good mental state. Find better alternatives, for your sake.

DO NOT USE THRIVEWORKS!! I have insurance. They insisted on a debit card so they could take out a monthly fee they said could not be put on my HSA. Twice without permission or warning they went into my account and took Money out of my account because their Accounts Receiving department doesn't know how to find money the insurance company sent for payment. Then when I refused to allow them to do it again they FORCED my daughters therapist to stop seeing her. OH YEAH they really care about people and their mental health! ... read more
Don't waste your time! When we are talking about therapy we are talking about peoples well being. When you schedule an appointment for your child and the therapist never shows, never calls, never emails...you can assume you are getting subpar service. After speaking with their representative about closing my account and refunding my money, they confirmed that this happens frequently.
