Absolute scam of a company. They billed my credit card a random charge of $782. When I called to ask what this charge was for I was told that they “could not see anything” on their end of the billing. Do not give this company your banking or credit card information.

The first person we used was ok but had to switch due to scheduling. Had another that was not a good fit. In the middle of all this I had an issue with my insurance. Instead of calling me to see how to fix the situation they took money out of my account. It has been Hell getting my money back and its been a couple of months. I highly not recommend. I wish I read the reviews first, but I was so desperate to find someone that would take my insurance I just didn't. Than they kept looking my info. SO DONE!

Do not use this company. They charge you a membership fee for supposed “premium services” that they don’t provide. When you call to make an appointment, it’ll take weeks to get in, even if you’re existing client. They don’t provide anything more than a regular counseling center, but the staff is rude, their phone support will keep you on hold for 30 mins. They’re a terrible company and they charge this premium membership just to not even provide you with the basic services you will get anywhere else. AVOID THEM!

TOTAL SCAM. I didn’t even have a complete introduction session and they charged $400. I have called several times. Nobody give me and answer. THEY CAUSE MORE STRESS TO PEOPLE WHO NEED HELP!! Ridiculous.

I've had the WORST experience with Thriveworks! I do not understand how they are a therapy network, and they cause their clients so much unnecessary stress. Whew, chile. Let me tell you... I have an amazing therapist, but the billing department at Thriveworks is incompetent! I changed my health insurance in November and called in to notify them to update my new insurance info. Save yourself the hassle, the excuses and the stress. It’s terrible that this company is getting away with stealing so much money from so many clients seeking help for mental health. They were listed under 3 different names on my bank statements when they withdrew unauthorized amounts totaling in $300 from April of 2021-December of 2021. My husband and I didn’t catch on until December!!! Everything gets “escalated to a supervisor” which is a straight lie… it’s been almost 2 months and all they’ve sent is a billing statement... read more

Maybe try to follow to actually follow their own mission statement and care about the clients. For a company that was created to support people with mental health they do an excellent job making It as difficult as possible for clients to get appointments, billing help, and support. Another example of a compant clearly caring more about money then their clients.

Im disgusted by Thriveworks, and not surpised to read all the horrible reviews. They clearly underpay back end staff, and are greedy with no "supervisor" on staff. Every time I have called they seem to duplicate my profile. They have billed us for services never rendered...I actually am in the process of reporting to the BBB.
