Horrible Company. Very shady business practices and unauthorized charges. Taking advantage of people who are struggling is absolutely despicable. There is a special place for people who do things like this. Absolutely DO NOT give them credit card information

Withdrew an UNAUTHORIZED amount from my checking account. These people preyed on my desperation to find help for an adolescent family member. This is just sick. Mental Health ought not to be something using predatory practices. Especially pediatric Mental Health during a pandemic. Shame shame shame on you. Random charges, was told they removed my card on file and proceeded to continue charging my card. Horrible company. Wont let you speak to any supervisors, and with all these similar reviews think we could easily get together on a class action lawsuit.

It’s crazy you guys will take advantage of people looking to get help. Unauthorized charges just like all the other reviews. I’ve ask for my card to be removed and bill me properly and they keep going with the unauthorized charges. This place is a scam and nightmare

I used Thriveworks for years without any issues. It was there that I met a fantastic therapist that really helped me. Unfortunately, when I attempted to return to Thriveworks this year, it was a completely different experience. I was automatically enrolled for a membership I never agreed to or asked for. I practically had to beg a customer service rep to unenroll me. I was told I was unenrolled and would not be charged. However, I noticed my Thriveworks profile still said "active member." Horrible business practices!! Do not use them. Have had to call over 6 times now and still nothing is resolved. Billing and insurance department is a joke! Asked to speak to manager and they said they do not have anyone I can talk to. They will not talk to your insurance carrier either so good luck with that. Wish I never enrolled my daughter. Wow, I am so thankful I listened to my intuition and canceled my daughter's first appointment. I am just now reading these reviews and I feel like I dodged a bullet. Have to say, all the negative reviews are pretty spot on. Every time I have called, I have gotten a different person in a different state (despite using the local office number) giving me different answers. Half of the people I couldn't even hear because their children and/or tv were so loud in the background. counselor was 20 minutes late to first session, charged me full price for half a session, booked me out 6 weeks confirmed my next appointment the day before at 1pm emailed me at 4 yo say they couldn't see me going forward. terrible company and they don't care about patients
