I found Tim great to work with. It was extremely easy to fill out the forms and submit my documentation electronically online. The appraisal was fast and went smoothly. But once the application was approved, I found the underwriting process to be far more problematic with significant delays, and Guaranteed Rate's chosen bank ended up being difficult to work with.
