Tim kept the loan to the initial estimate, He and his team worked on the weekend to start the process, everything was well documented thru all the steps and was informed, also had access to their mortgage tracker app to keep us in the loop. Delivered the loan as said by the dates mentioned. Satisfied with the efficient process.
They were little slow to start with but were very professional and methodic and were able to close the loan on time with very good rate. In the end their automatic under writer process created some issues but were able resolved the issue on time.
Tim was very informative and helful throughout the process. He was extremely resposive and communicated all information quickly. He kept my realtor in the loop and everything went very smoothly at closing. I spent hours researching lenders and the various mortgage products. SunTrust was significantly better than and other bank. I'd definitely recommended SunTrust and Tim to anyone looking for a mortgage!
