I chose Tim at Guaranteed Rate because of the rate I saw on Zillow and the good reviews. I did not regret it. I got a great rate and Tim and his colleagues worked fast and beyond usual office hours to process my loan in less than 21 days.

Tim and his team were extremely knowledgeable, efficient and handled our close very professionally. They made our transaction seem effortless and always available to answer questions regardless of the time of the day and whether or not it was weekend. This is by far the best team I have ever worked with for any real estate transaction.

Twice now, Tim has provided a home purchase mortgage for us. Both times, the process has been perfectly smooth, efficient, and effortless. The numbers he quotes are exactly how everything played out. For both our mortgages, he was about 0.2% better than other quotes. Any time we asked for a quote or a bit of data, it was provided promptly. Our title agent and the real estate agents report that he was particularly good and easy to work with. If I am ever in the market for a mortgage again, I would work with him again.

Tim and Guaranteed Rate gave us the best terms by a sizable amount, did basically everything possible electronically (which meant not having to deal with a bunch paper/fax/whatever nonsense) and helped me work through everything I needed to get my loan done on time. What more can you ask for?
