Tim, Karen and Brett were great from beginning to end! Best rate around and smooth coordination all the way through the closing. Yes, there is lots of paperwork needed but we got the best rate in town!

Tim and his wonderful team helped us close on our home. Everything was done and ready to go more than a week before our scheduled closing date. The rate and fees he quoted were far less than ANYONE had quoted us. Even our settlement agent was amazed at the deal we got. Tim and his team are courteous, helpful and most importantly, they are RESPONSIVE! I would get a call/email back within minutes of contacting them about anything. I couldn't have been happier with my experience.

I thought the rates offered by Suntrust were too good to be true. However I just closed on my mortgage and everything was delivered as promised. Suntrust has an amazing team and process in place and Tim does an amazing job at overseeing it all and making sure everything is running smoothly and being handled as promised. Tim and his team were great and were always extremely responsive. Our loan was complicated by needing condo approval and having an extremely quick closing timeline. There are definitely frustrations working with a large lender, but the terms offered by Suntrust were simply unbeatable. Tim and his team did everything in their power to make sure that the bank completed everything we needed in our timeline, and ultimately got us to closing on time. With their help, we were able to purchase our first home.

We had a terrific experience with Tim and his team, Jennifer and Karen. They kept up informed during the process, helped us pick a good time to lock our rate and they or someone from Suntrust called or emailed us just about every day. We received our final numbers a few days before closing and even got our closing paperwork the day before so we could review it. We would use them again.

The rates with SunTrust were unbeatable and Mr. Sutherland was personally present at the home closing. Mr. Sutherland has a large team of associates, thus you can get a hold of someone on the team during the weekday/weeknight or weekend. We are very pleased to be in our new home :)
