Tim Sutherland and the rest of his team at Suntrust (Jennifer Kruger, Donna Spicer, Laura Butler, Lisa Feanny and Karen Wilson) are great. I contacted Tim over the weekend with the computer generated quote. Tim responded immediately and left me a VM over the weekend to work with that rate and told me he can close the loan in less than 30 days. His quote was 0.25 percent better than from a reputed lender. Although the competitor was willing to match, I went ahead with SunTrust because I felt more comfortable with Tim and team who had been upfront honest, and a very straight forward and very much on top of the process till the last minute. Responsive, speed, reliable, patient, and knowledgable describe Tim Sutherland and his Suntrust team. Tim and his team offered the best rate for us (by a fairly wide margin). He was responsive, and his processor and assistants were very thorough.
