I just wanted to update my review since my sample size has increased since my initial post. Since our first inspection using TTBS, we've actually had 2 other inspections on different properties (buying a house in the DMV area is hard!) - one conducted by John, and one by Matthew. Again, we couldn't have been more pleased with both of those experiences. Excellent, timely home inspection; explained issues clearly; took the time to thoroughly assess all aspects of the home; we received professional report within a few hours of inspection completion. Strongly recommend!
We had them inspect our home before moving into our home. Our inspector, Jim, was very thorough. We couldn't be at the inspection so we called after it was over and he explained everything. He is very friendly and helpful. We highly recommend them.
Jim was very thorough in his inspection and offered to explain everything as he inspected my new home. I was nervous for the inspection as a first-time homebuyer, but Jim helped me feel at ease very quickly. He was very thorough and professional and I really appreciated that he didn't "talk down" to me at any time (which can be common for me as a young, small-statured female!). His report was very informative and will help me to determine future home improvement tasks. I would definitely recommend Top to Bottom to others!
Brad was my Inspector. He was prompt, polite and very thorough!! He gave me explanations of what he found and I actually learned a lot during the inspection. The written report was just as thorough as he was in person. I highly recommend this company. Amazing people and service!!
Brad came out and was thorough, on time, friendly and very knowledgeable. Explained things in simple terms. Gave recommendations and a lot of general knowledge about the potential issues. My buyer was very happy! I will definitely be using TTB again.
