Our inspector Jim Parlato was amazing. He went above and beyond and truly took the time to educate us about the proces in very much detail. He answered all questions that we had and was very informative about what to expect in the years to come. The report he provided was precise professional and detailed with pictures. Friendly, fair, thorough. I didn't take the upsell services but they are probably worthwhile if they cover stuff about which you have anxieties. The price without upselling is reasonable or even low. And the upsell stuff is no-pressure; it's just a set of links you can click or not click. The inspector was on time and extremely courteous and knew what to do and how to do it. The verbal comments were very helpful and the written document was even more thorough than I expected. They can have any future business I do in DC.
