Service is unacceptable. I bought my Tundra in early 18. Every visit for maintenance has been painful - super slow. Employees are nice and polite - but very slow. I was in today for 30K miles maintenance - took three hours to change my oil and rotate my tires. I will find somewhere else to get service.

Unfortunately my experience was horrible. I was allowed to take the car home, only to later that night find out that they did not want to move forward with the deal, and that I had to return the vehicle. Frustrating. Embarrassing. Never again.

The guy at the desk is AWESOME!! His name is Manny!! Best o person there give him a BIG RAISE!! The rest was sub par to say the least. I ordered a water from the little cafe. The guy there I watch be extremely rude to the 2 customers in front of me. It took almost 4 hours instead of 2.5 hrs of what they said when they scheduled my appointment for my recall. Plus this one got under my skin.. their WiFi didn’t work!? It was listed and you could view it but it didn’t work!? I mean seriously? You make how much there? You buildin... read more

I bought four brand new TPMS from eBay and sent the car for the installation in a tire shop, the guy couldn’t fix the sensor light go off, brought to Toyota Deerfield Beach for a diagnostic, was charged $90 and the results: SENSORS NOT REGISTERING AND NEDDS 4 NEWS SENSORS UNABLE TO PROGRAM SENSORS Today brought the car in a shop that sells TPMS to check and he said all the sensors are fine and he was able to program and make the light goes off. Good regular maintenance service but terrible car wash. Disappointed. Considering it was a package deal. My 10 years old daughter can do better. I’ll make sure it’ll be done right next time

I bought a RAV4 from them. The following day I heard an unusual sound. I returned to the dealer asking them to check it out. They told me that the car was ok even after I insisted there was something wrong with the car. Since I had to return to work I left. I tried 4 times to have them fix the car, service said it's sales, sales said it's too late because warranty is over. I traveled overseas got stranded due to Covid. Thought I had a car deal Tried to negotiate a car on the internet. I received a call from a sales manager and thought we had worked out an agreeable price. I asked them to send me a workup of the pricing. I waited for 2 days and called to find out the car had been sold. Oh well for the internet, glad I didn't drive over 160 miles.
