very high dealer fees Be aware the prices on the internet are not what you pay. They are adding high unnecessary fees. Their response was that they are still competitive, In my opinion it is not ok to advertise a price and adding high fees. All fees should be disclosed in the add.

Rude service advisor I bought my car at this dealer six years ago and been going there for service ever since. Today I took my car for service and to check some concerns that I have. After the service man, Michael Zaremby, gave me a list of the problems and a quote to fixed it I got in touch with my husband who is out of town. If you like being lied to Deerfield Toyota is for you First off it took three hours to wash and clean the vehicle and fix a seat then either the detail guy or the salesman hit one of the yellow poles with my truck and didn’t tell me about it to top it off I was lied to about the maintenance performance done to the vehicle as I drove from their dealership to Tampa 3 quarts low on oil plus a miss firing spark plug this is not a dealership I would recommend to anybody

Incompetence Absolutely the worst, 3 1/2 hrs and they couldn't rotate my tires, lost lug socket, yet they have done it the past four times...Then the service advisor Frank was very arrogant and rude.. complained to the service mgr.. This was my second bad experience there NEVER AGAIN

Toyota FJCruiser cannot be fixed @ Toyota of Deerfield Toyota of Deerfield Could not fix our FJcruiser after the dealer charged us almost $6000.00 and the tried 5 times still the are not success. They called for want another $3000.00+. Beware people this dealer does not have competent/knowledgeable technicians. The service dept. has bunch of chicken heads that work there. They are greedy for money but cannot do the job-----Last Toyota that I own as long as I live in Pompano Beach, FL I have proof to back me up!!!!
Brake service In Florida for short time. Car I leave had not been driven in a year. Brake light on dash went on. No service performed & let’s negotiate after I said I got be I brought in for major repairs The estimate I received was outrageous The reason I won’t go back is the service guy said “what’s your other estimate, we can match it.
