very professional service department 2009 Yaris I bought from them 5 years ago stills runs great and I bring in for service once a year and there service department looks it over for problems tops off the fluids and changes the oil all for $14 . 00 if you buy it from them...it's a good deal and I would tell others to shop there as well.

Great Service I had a great experience when buying my Camry. I worked with salesman, Ed Mason. He made the experience of buying the vehicle a lot less stressful and did a good job at making sure my mother and I were taken care of. In addition, when I lost a check that was sent to me, he took care of the process of talking with administration and I should be expecting a new check in the mail soon. I could not have asked for a better experience.
New car My 2 year old Prius was totaled and I called Toyota of Grand Rapids to inquire about purchasing a new vehicle. I needed a car immediately. I was met at the front door by the sales manager and introduced to my salesperson, Nate. Within hours I drove off in a brand new Rav4 hybrid. Nate was very knowledgeable and quite patient with me. Oil change Robert showed me the service recommendation for my car, the service was reasonably priced and completed fairly quickly. The wi-fi is great in the waiting room too.
