Service Service is always efficient, reasonable wait time, nice lobby to wait in n free tea n coffee. The sales staff are not bothersome but very helpful if you have questions. I ended up buying a new car while I waited for my old car to be serviced.
07 Tacoma brake service Very good overall; waiting room was freezing cold, thank goodness for coffee! Could use better communication between person who checks your vehicle in and then out; I had to let the checkout person know about what check in person promised. Also it is my husband’s vehicle but I always bring it in and ask to add my name but always get called by husband’s name. Overall very positive visit, I have always been pleased with Toyota GR!
Jenn was amazing! Had great customer service. Jenn was very helpful and was able to answer all my questions and patiently explain everything to me. My last visit created some confusion and I initially came in slightly upset, however she able to clear up the entire misunderstanding and I left in a much better mood as well as with a better understanding of my car, my warranty and how all that mumbo jumbo worked.

Reviews Good service for buying the car on line. Had a little trouble with the title. Wasn’t cleared through Michigan MVD, but the problem was cleared up very quickly
