Great Service! Went in for an oil change and was in and out in less time than I was told. Dave Crawford helped me and was very nice and professional.
Recommend Bought my rav 4 at Toyota of Grand Rapids and also get it serviced there. Good people, they play the pricing game but typically will give you a fair price. I would buy a car from them again.

Great service as always Toyota of Grand Rapids! I’ve been using this dealership for maintenance of my car since I’ve purchased it there in 2015. Personnel is always very nice and helpful, coffee and tea is plenty and the facility is comfortable and clean weather it’s waiting area or bathrooms. Thank you Toyota dealership of Grand Rapids for all great work!
Love Toyota We bought our 4Runner from this dealership and have been very happy with the entire process and all of the service we’ve had. So far we’ve only had routine maintenance, but no complaints!
Oil change We've used this dealer for four Toyota's that we've had. In fact our current Toyota was purchased from another dealer (Toyota of Grand Rapids didn't have what we were looking for) and we still get our 5,000 mile service performed by Toyota of Grand Rapids.
Service Staff is always very friendly and helpful, recently was recommended a product even though they didn't sell it at their store. It's wonderful to have my car looking nice and save some money in doing so.
