2018 Tundra Great job replacing my grille on the hood. Had a minor defect in it. No issues getting it warrantied. Facilities were very nice and clean. Loved the coffee machine!

Oil change On time, reviewed for recalls, checked all fluid levels and pressures. Professional and friendly. We did have to finish setting the oil service display to get rid of the oil maintenance reminder

unbeatable price, zero pressure Toyota of Grand Rapids gave me the lowest price in all Michigan for a 2019 new 4runner. There was zero pressure on me to buy it or even buy any extra services. The general manager, Dusten, went the extra mile to get all info and pictures of the car I specifically asked for. That was enough for me to drive 160 miles to buy my new 4runner. Staff was super nice and professional. Thank you for an amazing experience.

Great place I was helped by a very friendly staff member when I arrived to my appointment. She clearly stated what will be done on my car for the maintenance. My wait time was shorter than I thought and they did everything on my car what was supposed to be done. Great place!

Service Department is getting better! My past services there have been decent, at best. A lot of the time they were rushing to get my truck in and out and not really listening to what I actually wanted done. I recent got my 40,000 mile service done there and they were very professional and made me feel not so rushed to get out of there.
