Great place, finance department extremely slow I went to Toyota of Grand Rapids knowing what car I wanted and it was a cash purchase, so you can imagine our surprise, when the entire process took 4 hours. We took a short test drive, then discussed terms with the nice sales associate, then we had to wait for our turn for the final step with the finance officer. Excellent Service Ben DeKruyter the service I received was excellent. This is no surprise since I have worked with him for nearly a decade with all my Toyota's. Purchased new 4Runner I recently purchased a new 4Runner from Darren Harold. It is the third vehicle I have purchased from him since 2008. I will very likely purchase my fourth Toyota from him when the need arises. That is probably the highest compliment I can give a sales representative.

New Grill on 2015 Camry Worked with Sean Bier-Hobbs at Toyota of Grand Rapids to replace the grill on my 2015 Camry. The car is under warranty, and Sean the Service team replaced the grill as promised, on time and it looks great.

230K-mile Service - Oil Change Got an oil change done at 230K miles for my 2007 Yaris, purchased from Toyota of Grand Rapids in June 2006. Ben DeKruyter wrote up my order when I dropped in early on 07/10 without an appointment, telling me he would find a time to get the needed oil change done. By mid-morning, he called to let me know my car was ready. I called for the courtesy shuttle driver to come get at his earliest convenience. Great Service! 7/10/17 I took my Venza in for service and Shaun Bier-Hobbs was my service tech. He received me as soon as I arrived check my appointment made suggestions of which I agreed to one. Service was estimated in time and price and on both accounts were true. I was quite impressed with the caliber of customer service, though I have bought and serviced all my cars at Toyota of Grand Rapids.
