Nice people, great car Just had my first scheduled service for the 2017 Prius I bought here. Both the sales and service staff are great. Joe Booher sold us the car, and Chris Hammond did the scheduled service work. They are both friendly, helpful and just plain nice people. I highly recommend this dealership

retired professor From the very beginning Tara Helmer was very knowledgeable about the new Prius Prime car which we wanted to purchase but had some questions. Once we decided to purchase it Tara was wonderful to work with and answered all our questions. When it arrived we could not find a time when we could pick it up and pay for it so she came ON HER DAY OFF to accommodate us. Good customer service experience! I scheduled an appointment at Toyota of Grand Rapids to change oil in my car. When they took my car, they said that it won't take longer than an hour. After one hour, I checked the status of my car and I was surprised that it was not ready. They said that it takes another 15-20 min. I had another appointment following this one, and I was not happy about the delay. Excellent Customer Service Emmy Granderson at Toyota of GR made our car buying experience one of the best we have EVER had. Making my Camry great again My 2005 Camry with 225k miles is going to be my 16-year-old's car. I put on new tires, got an alignment, brake flush. Calipers were seized up so the repair took longer than anticipated. They sent me home in a loaner car. Sean was great managing the repairs. I also enjoyed talking with Alfred Luke about Sienna's and Highlanders. I will try to work with him in the fall when I need to replace my Camry.
