Just love my new car! I just bought my new 2017 Prius and I love it. Paul Gruber and the staff at Toyota of GR were amazing. Hard to go anywhere else I've been having my 2006 Rav4 serviced by Grand Rapids Toyota since 2013. After moving to Grand Rapids from California I was lucky to find this dealership after a warranty recall issue. They know my name The service team seems to be customer centric than other repair shops. We have purchased two cars from Toyota of GR and the price of lifetime oil changes alone is worth the experience. The facilities and customer service is a bonus. Ben always knows my name and says hi even if I'm not working directly with him.

New car purchase All in all it was a low pressure experience. This was the third vehicle I'd purcased from Toyota of Grand Rapids.
RAV4 25k Service As always, Vern Hall and the service staff at Toyota of GR were excellent. Very pleased with the experience. The waiting area was quite comfortable and the wifi connection worked just fine which made the minimal wait seem like nothing.
