Efficient, polite, and punctual. We scheduled a recall repair and it couldn't have gone any better. We arrived on time and we were notified by phone when the car was done. Everyone was polite and efficient.

Toyota Sienna Service at Toyota of Grand Rapids I was at Toyota of Grand Rapids yesterday to service my Toyota Sienna. I should say that customer service representative Sean Bier-Hobbs not only took care of service but also went beyond to explain the possible repair issues in the future. He was even able to take care one of the issue along with the service. Also he was able to prioritize our immediate tasks for our next visit. This is nothing short of Customer delight. Great job Sean Bier-Hobbs!!

Eleven years of great service We purchased a new Sienna in 2006 from Toyota of Grand Rapids and continue to appreciate how great we have been treated when needing either routine service or other needs in maintaining our family van. Recently, we had service done under an extended warranty notice where Toyota replaced our dash due to some cracks that occurred. Seven years and counting I am always amazed at how easy it is to make an appointment, Toyota of GR is always efficient and easy. Toyota Tundra Service Bruce Diamond is the absolute best. He always is cheerful and helpful when having my Toyota vehicles serviced. RAV 4 Shopping Nick Snyder our sales person empressed us with his knowledge of the car we were looking for. We have. been looking around among different Toyota dealerships but Nick got our attention as well as the dealership. The facility is nice and huge and the employees are all friendly.

Awesome Experience...Again!!! We just bought a 2017 RAV4 and love it. Al Luke who sold us the car was very professional and knowledgeable. This is our 2nd vehicle that we have purchased with his help out of the 4 we have bought from this dealership since 1989 (the first 3 were all Corollas). He answered our questions with detail and we appreciated that. I would recommend this dealership and to have Al as the go to salesperson!
