Xxxxx I walked into the Toyota dealership on 28th Street Southeast Grand Rapids Michigan and I was expecting good service , but what I actually got was great amazing service with Emmy Granderson.. Camry Lease I recently leased a 2017 Toyota Camry. Michael Liggins was exceptionally helpful in making the process seamless. He listened to me and made sure I leased the exact car I wanted. Excellent Service I own a 2011 Toyota Camry that is in a very good and excellent shape and condition, thanks to amazing service and excellent customer support provided the dealership. Brad Demott was very helpful and ensured that the entire process went on smoothly and on time. They are thorough in their inspection and have good recommendations and never force you to get work done that is not needed. I will go back and will recommend this place to other Toyota owners as well.

Service Department I've been getting my cars serviced at Toyota of Grand Rapids since 1999. All of the people are very helpful, especially Ben Dekruyter and Bruce Diamond. They always greet you with a smile and get you on your way as soon as possible. They make sure the car is current with all it's services but aren't pushy about extra services. Great guys and great service!

A/C Condenser Service Rep, Bruce Diamond, was very understanding of my frustration/disappointment due to an unexpected expense (new a/c condenser). Very professional.
Physician I will continue to have my vehicle serviced at Toyota of Grand Rapids as long as they continue to provide dedicated and professional service agents like Ben Dekruyter in the Service Department.
