HAPPY WITH VEHICLE, FAIR SERVICE.. Purchased a gently used sport utility vehicle, Adam Hodges was very helpful. The car is great and should serve my family for years to come. My only gripe was that they agreed to my "out the door" offer, only to then add another $213 on top of the agreed upon out the door price (not Adam's fault, this was the higher-up's doing)... Satisfied Through the Years I'm choosing to look at the "big picture" as I complete this survey. We purchased our 2012 Prius V at Toyota of Grand Rapids and have continued to bring it back to the dealership for service. Overall, our service experience through the years has been excellent. Prius Service I brought my Prius in for an oil change and had a minor problem with molding coming off the front of the car. Bruce Diamond made sure everything was done and complete. I have always been going to Bruce since I started buying cars from Toyota of Grand Rapids. We have had 2005 Toyota Corolla S automobile and a 2010 Toyota Corolla S automobile in the past. Maintenance on Camry I always ask for Bruce Diamond when I take my Camry in to be serviced. He is always professional, friendly and caring. And I can count on the work being done skillfully in a timely manner.
