I literally bought the car by phone. We weren't getting anywhere with the local dealership. Pricing was unclear, communication was non-existent and the salesman kept asking me "what is it you're trying to accomplish, here?" Um, trying to buy a car and get a decent price, like everyone else. Loyal Customer Since moving back to West Michigan 2 years ago, I have been taking my Sienna to Toyota of Grand Rapids for service. Toyota of Grand Rapids did an outstanding job We were looking at replacing our old Toyota Sienna with a new Sienna. We found Toyota of Grand Rapids online and told them what we wanted and what our goal was for monthly payments. Trey Yarborough did a fantastic job getting what we wanted. 2017 Tacoma Truck shopped for a month before deciding on a Tacoma. Purchased a 2017 Tacoma Sport, and went with a (rare) manual transmission. I'm THRILLED with that decision and the truck. The new 6spd automatic is disappointing, "searching", and I found myself wanting to "punch it" just to get it to downshift for more power. The manual is (of course) a lot of fun to drive, and I can control the power delivery so much better. Brad Demott and Toyota of Grand Rapids I purchased my 2016 Camry last last summer from Toyota of Grand Rapids. Setting up my 15,000 service appointment was easy, it really helped that I could pick my own appointment time online. The oil change and tire rotation was quick. I was pleased with every aspect.
