Oil change and seat belt repair Charles, Jenison , Mi. It was a pleasure to talk with Ben Dekruyter at Toyota on 28th street. He was polite, knowledgable, and answered all my questions. I have always been well satisfied with service rendered. However, this time my confidence was raised to an even higher level. They performed a small task free of charge. They could have charged for the service and I would not have known the difference. i thank them for their honesty and integrity.

Great Service Ron has been taking care of my Scion XB for a couple of years now and always does a great job, and is very polite. This last time, the wrong part was accidently ordered (no big deal) he totally compensated me by cutting the labor costs and only charging me for the part. I thought that was really nice of him! I have nothing but good things to say about GR Toyota!
