Emergency 5 Star Service. Bruce Diamond and Ben of the service department have always taken excellent care of my auto repair needs for the last 21 years even in emergencies. Definitely a 5 star service department.

Excellent service and very friendly crew! Came in for minor recall service and was taken care by a very professional customer service guy ( Ryan ) who not only took care of recall service but also accommodated my last minute rescheduling of the service date/time. Thanks Ryan!

Owner Camry Hybrid Bruce Diamond provided quality service in a timely manner. I would recommend that people getting service from This dealership ask for Bruce to be their service writer of preference. Although time did not permit me to have all of the necessary work completed on Thursday, and a question remains on warranty coverage, I am confident Bruce will see that Toyota does the correct thing.

Ron Jones! As usual, Ron made it happen! For almost 4 years Ron Jones and the service department have maintained my 2010 Rav4. It still looks and runs like new with 110,000 miles on it. I typically wait and have never had to stay longer than the time estimate that Ron gives me. Toyota of GR is fortunate to have him, first class and explains things and gives advice. Ask for Ron.
