One of the best dealers in town My family was looking for a new car and when we were at dealership we were assisted by Emmy Granderson. She is very friendly and enthusiastic. service of squeaky clutch Sean Bier-Hobbs was my service representative to address an intermittent squeak I had when the clutch pedal was pushed down on my 2015 Tacoma. First reported 4/2016, again in 10/2016, but was told the service tech could not replicate the squeak nor find a TSB about the issue. the squeak was consistent by the time of my scheduled maintenance check 4/2017. Good service as usual Ben Dekruyter greeted me with a smile and as always a professional. This latest visit was only to change my snow tires to regular tires but I was given a spot at a last minute call. The visit are always performed as quick and efficient as possible. I have been going to this particular dealer/service for over 10 years and have never had a poor experience. Ben is especially helpful in answering all my questions regarding my card. And I trust him. Diana W Went in for an oil change. since I have over 155,000 miles there were a few items Sean Bier-Hobbs explained to me that I should consider having done. First I opted for one of the services and then changed my mind and had both done. Figured I might as well do it now and be set for the summer. Everything was completed in a timely matter and I was able to run several errands afterwards. Sean Bier-Hobbs Is always courteous and professional. Thanks to all in the service department for keeping my 2005 Prius running great!

Toyota in Grand Rapids Service is stellar! I had an unknown rattling noise coming from my vehicle so I called Toyota of Grand Rapids on 28th St and got Ron Jones in the Service Dept. Ron got my Lexus RX350 in right away. I was provided shuttle to & from work. The cost to repair my car was minimal compared to wonderful service Ron & his team provided. For quality car maintenance I would recommend Toyota of Grand Rapids on 28th St.
