SERVICE AND REPAIR I always bring my car back to Toyota for service and repair. And when I do I try to make sure I ask for Vern Hall . To me Vern Hall is the guy to go to. If I have a issue or problem Vern Hall will always make time to listen to me "Great Guy Top Notch" I would highly recommend him to everyone ! I'll say it again Great Guy to go to.

Great job! After moving to Grand Rapids from Kalamazoo, where I've had my Rav 4's serviced for the last 9 years, I didn't know what to expect with a new service location. 5,000 mile oil service Had a message on my dashboard to contact the dealership for service. Called and made my appointment for the next day. Greeted pleasantly and went to the service lounge while the service was performed. Oil change and tire rotation took a short time and I was thanked for visiting the dealership, given a copy of the service order and went on my way. Pleasant people and good service as I've come to expect from this dealership.

I highly recommend Toyota My parents told me about Toyota. I went in not having high expectations, but they offered a 2016. Even though I decided to go down to a 2011. They made sure the car was clean and ready for me to test drive. The first car I wasn't to thrilled about I went online then called the sales rep AL LUKE about another vehicle. purchased 2017 Tundra Recently purchased a new Tundra through Paul Gruber. What I really enjoy about Paul is that he is not pushy at all. He helped with my questions every time I called him.
