Quick efficient service I am always impressed with how neat and clean the service center is at Toyota of Grand Rapids. I was guided into a parking slot as soon as I drove in, and Sean Bier-Hobbs met me at my car door before I even turned the car off. He had knowledge via computer (he carried a tablet) for the reason for my visit, and things were handled very quickly.

Consistent Quality Service I've been working with Ben D. Since purchasing my 2013 FJ Cruiser. He is courteous, responsive to calls, and I never feel pressured to "up-sell" service (like some businesses like to do). They also have a comfortable, large waiting area ... with public and private spaces to wait.

Mr. and Mrs. Scott Mark With my lease on my Rav 4 soon to be coming to an end, I decided to stop and see what my options were. Pau Gruber explained all the new features of the 2017 Rav 4. I was able to upgrade to a new all wheel drive vehicle for nearly the same payment as my old Rav. I had not intended to purchase a new care, but the offer was too good to pass up. I have always had great service at Toyota of Grand Rapids.

I love this dealer Bruce Diamond has helped me with some challenging car problems. He is always courteous and kind and explains things so that I can understand them! The Toyota staff has figured out some problems that other auto repair places couldn't. My Toyota is a great car and while I am happy with the product, I'd buy Toyota again in order to keep a service department that I trust!
