First new car bought in 35 years Haven't bought a new car in over 35 years. Since retiring we have spent a lot of time out of the country and have not had a need to have a car. Great Service We have always received excellent service from Ben Dekrueter at this dealership. The service and repairs have consistently been done in a timely manner. We plan to get our THIRD Prius from you later this Spring!

Service experience I am always pleased with the service I receive at Toyota of Grand Rapids. I was actually checked in and out by different people.At check in they looked for possible recalls as well as for things that needed to be done. Although I didn't time it, service seemed to be quite fast. outstanding service I've been concerned with an oil leak problem, and Ben was very helpful in getting this diagnosed for me . I did not even have an appointment ahead of time and just like so many times before Ben has found a way to fit me in to his very busy schedule. I did not want to have the vehicle serviced at that time because my wife had an appointment she needed to get to.

Honest service I made an appointment for a 60,000 mile maintenance. After checking my records, Ben DeKruiter informed me that the maintenance service had been done at my last oil change and all I needed was to have the tires rotated. I had already had that done. I like this dealership service department and especially Mr. DeKriuter because they do good work. More importantly, I can trust them not to take advantage of me. This is very important to me.
