Happy customer We have been servicing our vehicles at Toyota of Grand Rapids since 1992. We are very happy with the service department, especially Bruce Diamond who is our current go-to man. He knows who we are, sees to the needs of the auto without "gouging" us. We are currently driving a 2008 model vehicle that drives like it's new. Thanks, Bruce. All the fields should read excellent. I just couldn't make it happen.
Great service, lovely facilities We have been dealing with the service department since 1992. We presently always go to Bruce Diamond who knows who we are and always treats us fairly. Our 2008 model car, purchased in 2007, still runs and pretty much looks like a new car. We are more than satisfied.

Excellent service As usual our most recent service experience with Toyota of GR was excellent. The car was taken promptly and was completed at the time promised. a couple of issues were discovered during the multi-point inspection that were taken care of on the spot without extending our wait time. Ron Jones, the service consultant we had, was courteous and helpful.

Ben Penrod I purchased my 2012 PriusV new from Toyota of Grand Rapids in Nov. 2011. The service has always been excellent. The people are helpful and always friendly. I have and will continue to recommend Toyota of Grand Rapids to anyone looking for a car. Joe VanDyke recently replaced a headlight. I called and they took the car right away, that's service.
