Toyota Service We had a normal oil change and tire rotation at Toyota Grand Rapids. The entire process was excellent from making the appointment to pickup of our car. Vern Hall was our service consultant and was very helpful and informative.

Service Department is the Best I would go no where else. I am 68 years old and have service at other dealers. I will not go anywhere else. Ben Dekruyter was outstanding, he answered all my problems. My steering wheel lock up was one. He took the time to figure out why, I have had a hip replacement and would grab the steering wheel to pull in and out of the car, result is lock up.
