service repair My water pump failed, snapping my drive belt. It was past 4pm and shop closes at 8pm. Not only did my service rep Ben Dekuyser take my car with no appointment, but rushed it into service for repair. Thinking prior to this that I had to find a ride for the next day, the repair was completed by 6:30pm with enough time for me to go back to work on my 4 to mid shift. Thanks to Ben's prompt courtesy and the excellent work of the technician, it was definitely a five star performance all the way around!
great toyota facility This is my third Toyota from this facility. The first customer service representative I met had a bad attitude. He was very arrogant and defensive. We quickly agreed we could not work together and I requested for another rep. Fortunately I was introduced to Petr Strakos who was very nice to work with. He was very friendly and professional. Great dealership I worked with Nick Snyder on the lease for my Corolla. I can't imagine working with a better salesperson! He made the entire process so easy and fast. He went over all of the features with me, showed me how to use them, and told me several times to call him with any questions about settings or whatever I couldn't (or didn't want to take the time to) figure out! Service review Bruce Diamond is an EXCELLENT service tech! and one of my fav's. He consistently shows care and concern about the product and me as a customer.
