My experience at Toyota Scion of Grand Rapids I own a 2015 Toyota Rav 4. I'm approaching my 5000 miles so decided to just show up for an oil change. I wasn't sure if I should make an appointment but this was going to be a great test to see how responsive the service department would be. great service Brad Demott was my service writer this time around and he is every bit as capable as the others I have had.
