Great service experience This visit was a routine service appointment - oil change and tire rotation. During the 21 point vehicle inspection they found that a critter had been storing seed in my cabin air filter. They brought it to my attention and cleaned the filter at no charge, since it had been replaced at the last service visit and was still in good condition. everyone that I have dealt with in the service department over the nearly 10 years that I have owned my Prius has been completely professional and friendly.
Toyota Prius This is the first Toyota I have bought.I bought a new Prius and have been very happy with the vehicle. I Had a good experience with the sales person and the dealer ship was very accommodating. I have not had it in yet for servicing but the service area was very clean and modern. Jermey Julian did a very good job in helping us select a vehicle and how to operate it.

Great Service at Toyota Scion It was my first time at Toyota Scion. Was able to get my daughter's used Toyota Rav4 in within 12 hours! They identified the problem that another shop had been unable to fix for us. Ron Jones kept us up to date on repairs, pick up, etc... in a friendly, timely manner. Couldn't ask for more.
Great customer service Ben Dekruyter provided fantastic customer service while my car was being serviced. He allowed me to take his car while my car was being worked on to help me out in a pinch. He is a true servant.
