Best service department anywhere! I brought my 2013 Yaris in for regular maintenance. Bruce Diamond took care of everything for me quick and efficiently. I purchased my Yaris from Toyota of Grand Rapids as a new car, and it has never been anywhere else for service. The entire service department is A+! Grand Rapids Toyota Service Department - Ron Jones Called Grand Rapids Toyota Service Department and talked to Ron Jones. Informed him of issue with my 2010 Venza. He provided guidance and informed me he was available until 8:00 pm. An AAA representive arrived at my home and help me start the car. Drove to Toyota Service Department and Ron installed a new battery. Service was prompt and thorough.

Service on my Rav-4 Sean Bier-Hobbs was my service contractor. Knowledgable, helpful and friendly. The work was performed by Fredy Hernandez and it certainly didn't take as long to complete as I anticipated. The lounge is always pleasant and comfortable so the waiting time was also pleasant. I have been coming here since 2009 and don't expect to do otherwise in the foreseeable future.
