Toyota on 28th After noticing a disturbing rattle in the undercarriage of our 2007 Yaris, I made an appointment and brought it in for service. Ron Wood assisted me explaining that the mangled piece of metal which looked like some sort of highway lizard clinging to its mother was actually the heat shield, a vital part of safety protection to deflect heat away from potentially combustible parts like the gas tank. Great service. Bruce Diamond was my service advisor. He was very friendly and professional. I have always had my car serviced at Grand Rapids Toyota. I know I can trust them so when they tell me something needs fixing, I know that they are being honest.

Warranty work I came in for warranty work for a switch on my steering column and Toyota changed the protocol for the repair so I will have to go back, but Ben Dekruyter was very apologetic for the confusion, I really appreciated his kind caring manner.

Great Service Department! I currently have 3 Toyota's. I recently had my 2011 Camry serviced to replace the CV Boot. The service department is clean and professional. In the past I felt like they do the hard-sell to get you to replace everything to make your car perfect. However, my recent service visit went very smoothly. I got my CV Boot replaced and was on my way in about 90 minutes - and it was covered under my Certified Pre-Owned warranty! If you need service, call Toyota of Grand Rapids and ask for Ron Jones!

Service Department Bruce Diamond in the service department is so helpful. He explains what will be done with each service appointment. This week it was the 30,000 mile one. The service was done quickly. The waiting area was pleasant and all of the staff were courteous and caring. I would give them a 110% satisfaction rating and recommend Bruce to anyone needing service for their Toyota.

Excellent Service I would recommend Toyota of Grand Rapids over any other dealership in town based on the service department alone. Ben Dekruyter remembers me each time I come in, and gives my advice, without pressure, on what I need to do to keep my 4Runner running smoothly.
