quality product I bought a new Toyota Sienna from Al Luke in December of 2002. Thirteen years and 449,500 miles later I retired the Sienna and bought another Toyota from Al. He remembered who I was and both experiences were easy. The quality the Sienna cannot be overstated. The only repair it ever needed, other than tires , oil and brakes, was an alternator. It still has the original spark plugs, exhaust, etc.
Jeremy Julian Jeremy, our salesperson, did an excellent job giving us all the details, warranties, test drive, etc for the Rav4. He sold us on the car, along with national rating reviews we had studied. The "average" rating on the "Buying process" was not a reflection on Jeremy, as far as we knew about staffing, etc at the dealership . Jeremey had all our paperwork, etc set to go between 11 AM and 12:30 PM. He could not get us to one of the finance agents, stating there were only two on staff that day.
