Had great customer service from Vern Hall ! Just had an oil change on my 2011 Prius and want to compliment Vern Hall for the customer service I received. He answered any and all of the questions I had about my Prius and did so in a complete and courteous manner...something you don't find all the time!! I will request him again!

Buying experience Paul Gruber helped me enjoy the car buying experience. I try to keep my cars looking nice and running well for many years so it's not very often that I purchase them. It's also not a process that I look forward to. It can be stressful, but Paul helped to take the stress out of it and I actually enjoyed the process. I love my new Rav4 and hope to enjoy it for years to come.
Great Experience at Toyota of Grand Rapids Just bought a '15 Toyota Avalon from Toyota of Grand Rapids. My sales rep, Tara Helmer, was very helpful. She was very knowledgable about Toyota vehicles, did not try to pressure me into a vehicle I did not want, and gave me a great orientation of my new Avalon. I know I received a great deal and when you throw in the free extended powertrain warranty and lifetime $9.99 full synthetic oil changes I know where I will be going for all my service. General Maintenance on Camry Ben Dekruyter has been a rock of this establishment. I see him every time I go in for scheduled service. Whether he assists me or not I always notice him assisting others in a very professional manner. Everyone else I have come in contact with has also been extremely professional. Fabulous Service from Ben Dekruyter My car was difficult to start so I drove directly to the service department. Although I had no appointment, Ben Dekruyter greeted me by name, arranged to get my car checked, change the oil, and rotate the tires. I was on my way within an hour.
