This is for the service dept. Should've trusted the other two and one stars review. Just don't waste your time and come here. Appointment with a routine balance and rotate took two hours. Not even an oil change.

This place is full of low income scammers. They push fuel additives and other non sense on brand new cars. My 80yo grandmother went in there for an oil change, somehow they ran up options to the total of $400. They LOVE to take advantage of the elderly. She has dementia and unfortunately I only found out due to finding the receipt in her glovebox. These people are awful. Their mechanics aren't even ASE certified. Trash

Brought my 23 Tacoma in for its 1st oil change. 5k miles and they try to push an engine oil additive and fuel system cleaner. Not needed but decided to let them do it anyways. Thought they would do a better job than the other dealers in the area but I guess that's not the case. 4 months later went to fill the washer fluid and discovered there's no oil cap and it was not installed. The worst place ever to buy a CAR!! Theyre sooo rude. They sold me the car without a heater and when I told them they wanted to charge me. The service manager was extra rude he said its not my problem and left me waiting with my daughter. So rude and unprofessional. Both sales and service crew are extremely rude

Fourth update 10/19/23: Edit: Jeff Rhodes called me back today and was a pleasure! He's a kind soul and I find him to be an honest person. Unfortunately, this dealer will not help with the battery. I do not believe if the battery passed their supposed inspection (which costs $2000 according to "options" on the breakdown of costs, informed to me by salesperson Mike) , it has died within 9 months. The vehicle is not even 3 years old yet. My fluid cap was missing, I had a dirty cabin filter, and wipers not replaced either .... read more

I came into the dealership this morning for service. I had an appointment already set, thinking that I would be seen asap. When I pulled in, the nice gentleman greeted me and called for someone to check me in. However, I sat there waiting as I watch about 6 other cars pull in after me get checked in and taken to service. The gentleman that greeted me kept going on the radio asking the next available to come out to write up my requested service. The service department seems to be going from bad to worse. I went in for a 20,000 mile service. Had a 7:30 appointment. Waited at dealership. Two hours later, I checked on the status and the service advisor (Robert) informed me that the car was sitting ready for an hour since he did not have the time to inform me and get me from the waiting area!! These people are criminals. I prepaid for a touch up paint job on my car that I just purchased. And never heard a word from anyone. Never got a return call from the manager. Or service adviser or the sales guy, called countless times. HORRIBLE COMPANY!!!!!!!

apparently the tires on a brand new car are not covered under warranty and nether is the pre collision system malfunction. not sure what is covered i haven't found anything yet........ never getting another car from these con artist.
