just okay - nothing to really be excited about. I've had better experiences at other Toyota auto service locations. I didn't receive a MPI at the end, no explanation or anything, feels like they want to take money and not explain anything. I will not be back, I went to this location because I live less than a mile away and was excited to have a toyota service so close! I will take the extra time and effort to go to a different Toyota Service in the DFW area.

tires were not rotated or aired, zaktek was not done as car wasn't even washed, i complained but never was called back

The welcome was not great as advertised. No one was there to greet or say something. Waited for some time before someone signalled me to drive in, no greeting! Only one gentleman had excellent customer service, regret I didn't check his name, he deserves recognition. I am sorry I will not be back.

Terrible service. I will not ever go back to Toyota of Richardson nor would I recommend that anyone else go either. No one knows what is going on and they are just flat out rude and heartless.

Upon arrival to appointment was ignored by service advisors for several minutes. Only one person waiting ahead of me was also being ignored. Took over 1-1/2 half hour for oil change only when there appeared to be few vehicles being serviced.

Replaced a new engine protective shield but the shield came off on the highway after two weeks of driving on a highway. The shield came off and dragged to the ground causing the car almost not to continue to drive. The poor labor on a simple job failed.
