They never checked my fluids and I was low on fluids very disappointed

Sales guy name Jeet or Geet, just wanted to sell vehicle thats all, he didnt even picked up call or follow up after sale service for few things that were not up to the mark for my car. overall its a bad experience because it looks like all of them working there just wanna sell car and after that they dont care about their clients. I wont suggest my friends or family to go there at all for new or used car.

The worst experience ever! Wrong diagnosis and Wrong work order! I paid for the diagnosis and yet the car was still having the same issue of Over heating! No manager can addressed the situations and my car wasn't fixed after paying $1374. I will never refer anyone to Toyota Richardson because all theu care about is money!
