When we were finalizing our purchase on a 2023 Toyota Cam Xle the finance manager, Syed, didn't provide us with the paperwork and said he will email it to us. Syed confirmed that the total price of the vehicle would be $33,445. However, we were surprised to find out that Toyota of Richardson sent an amount of $38,525 to Bank of America. Syed added warranties around 5k to the bill of sale after we left without our permission and after confirming to decline any warranties. Don't buy cars from them

My service report is not properly updated at CARFAX. Interior of the vehicle was dirty after returning from service. Dirt marks and shoe prints all over my tear seat carpet floor

I have my front break of 2017 corolla replaced and motor belt was changed. They charged me $60 extra for environmental charges which was environmental. They never charged me before.

I went in for an oil change and they left a plastic bottle under the hood. Someone wasn't paying a whole lot of attention while doing their job. I called the manager 2-3 times leaving a message and he never called me back. Not good customer service
My interested email was responded to with 2 different names, I replied using both names listed(employee names). Was told I'd get a response with my questions. Never received a response, a call, or anything regarding my questions. I reached out again and let them know I hadnt heard anything. Again I was responded to and told they'd let management know. After that I've heard nothing since. The car is no longer listed.
Terrible service. If you care about the safety of your car, avoid Toyota Richardson. My cars sustained unexplained dents after I patronized this dealership. The worst is that the management of the dealership is irresponsible and unprofessional.

I am very new toUSA and It was a horrible experience with the finance team. Finance manager was very rude and has a bad attitude towards me. He did not provide me clear details before signing the contract and dictated me to sign. He added additional plantinum warranty and GAP insurance without my consent and bluffed that its a mandatory requirement. He even refused me from using the credit card for down payment. I have been a Toyota customer since 2015 and from 2017 I have done all my services from Toyota of Richardson Dealership: oil change, wipers, everything they suggest. I changed my oil last time on 07/22/2024 with a multipoint inspection. I went home and parked my car in my garage. Today, when I took my car out of the garage, I saw that I missed all of my four-wheel hubcaps. I sent a message to the service person as well, but no response. After waiting for 2-1/2 hours they said it was fixed. NOT FIXED!!!!! My automatic wipers were not working. Waited another 2 hours after I had to demonstrate myself by throwing water on the windshield. After waiting they then turned it over to a glass company to fix it. Scheduled it for the next day. Waited 4 hours for them to come. The dealership diagnosed it incorrectly when scheduling them and the glass company had to come out again to fix it. Make your own opinion.
