Terrible. Full of lies. From Salesperson to Financicing. I wanted to get financing through my credit union. They told me that they were a preferred Dealer with my CU and that they had a direct contract with my CU which turned out to be a lie. I asked to comparison on used vs new, they only showed a 2024 with low 13000 miles. I called the salesman the day after my purchase when I discovered that one of the keys wasn't workking. He said that he would have to have his boss contact me . Never
They broke my key fab and refused to take responsibility. The service manager was rude and dismissive.
Terrible service. They refuse to help you when you make an appointment because you use Toyota maintenance plan. It's always an argument as to why they can't do it. They've scratched my rims and forgot bolts to hold my oil cover on. Have been going for months with the same service annd also I don't know why I get looked at annoyed every time I use military discount. Definitely not going back after this last time.
Poor customer service - they tease our capacity! Sales rep have to learn to talk to people in better way!
Customer service is BAD !! I had a scheduled appointment for 6pm on 4/25/24. I pulled in to bay at 5:55pm and waited in my car until 6:18pm before I was even acknowledged. There were guys that take the cars back for service sitting on their cellphone. It was just so unprofessional and not friendly. There should certainly be more focus on customer service. Showed our service tech a picture of the improperly installed cabin filter that cost us $69+ (installed) by Toyota of Richardson about a year ago, and all we received for a reply is that technician is no longer with us. Great! So, we had no filtration in our RAV4 Limited for the past year and also learned that we can get a 20X better cabin filter delivered from Amazon for less than $25. It took us less than 5 min to install. Now we're wondering how else we're being taken.
