I paid over $35K for the vehicle. I purchased it from Toyota of Richardson with the understanding that you had done a proper inspection beforehand. The issue that caused this visit should have been uncovered and fixed prior to my purchase. Please refund $381.14.

The car was delivered with the right side-view mirror broken. I understand the part is not provided from the car maker because of a lot of back order, but I can't understand the mirror was attached very loosely only by cables without any temporary fix. I had to temporarily fix it with clear tape by myself.

Service to complete a simple procedure removing and placing a new tire patch ended up scratching the rims very significantly. Waited 2 hours to have poor quality service. Didn't mind the wait at first until it resulted in the a huge scratch. The worst part is , none of the associates or mechanics had the courage to take responsibility of the situation. Made a 10:30 appointment for an oil change. Tech informed me they were backed up 2.5 hours. ????? Either they had no employees in the shop, or they were not very motivated to honor the oil service coupon I wanted to use. From opening until 10:30. And 2.5 hours behind. That's a joke
