Service was very bad. I called a lot of time and the seller so bad to me
I waited way to long for my simple service request to do a multi-point inspection and check the status of my tires and breaks. My service rep, Eddie Callejas apologized for the delay and advised me that on Wed (& Sat's) their point person who assigns the technicians the service request does not work. Thus the technicians pick and choose what job they want to do without direction which is ridiculous. This rating is based on that & not the Service Assistant Manager, Eddie.
dirty facilities, lack professionalism , pointed to my car in the parking lot and told me I could walk to get it in the rain, and what I really like is that they do not wash the car but allow me to drive to the car wash with a coupon.Oh, I almost forgot they did not replace the tire cap on one of my back tires. I think I will go someplace in my next service.
Service was terrible and repair tech was money hungry where he misdiagnosed my vehicle.
Very pushy, unorganized, dirty, and impersonal. Forget trying to negotiate, they MIGHT take the $1,000 hidden dealership fee off that is for a second key and floor mats (which only was removed after I questioned the charge considering the car I was looking at already had 2 keys and floor mats). The ONLY good part was the finance guy, Jesse.
I took my car in for the 15,000 mile service. I expected the 15 minute inspection to take 45 minutes. I was told it would take 75 minutes. In total it was two hours before I got my car back. Two hours to do 15 minutes of work. Very poor service.
This dealership has no integrity. The sales people will do anything to seperate you from your money. The salesman I worked with lied to me repeatedly attempting to talk me into the dealership's packages. I will not be returning here for any reason.
Muy mala experiencia en financiamiento me robaron el trato fue de 72 meses y nunca me llego a mi correo los papales y ala semana yo tui al concesionario y los pedí y el financiamiento era de 78 meses y me pusieron 6 meses mas estoy muy enojado
Always trying to upsell services absolutely not needed because of incentives to advisors and sales targets. You really cant trust them. Also took much longer than promised.
