Truck was advertised for 36.855 , on paperwork they put 45.455. That's just one complaint, they added a $10.000.00 warranty plan with out our permission . We put $10.000.00 cash down, we were supposed to be financing $29.000.00 -tax added. But now with everything they added is $88.000.00. Crooks
Terrible service from start to finish for just an oil change. Bad customer service from the service manager. Took 3 different calls over the next 10 days and finally a call to the GM for someone to call me back. This is my second bad experience with this service center.
They were charging additional $38 for extra 2qt synthetic oil.
They entered WRONG odometer reading in the system for my vehicle. How bad is that!!!
I did wheel alignment twice, paid twice, spent half a day in the dealership and alignment is still not perfect.

Horrible customer service, my car was in the shop for over a month, and then they tried to overcharge me. And then they apparently sold my information to you guys without my consent.
Service appointment means nothing to Toyota of Richardson! Waiting 2 hours for simple oil and filter change is totally unacceptable and ridiculous. They should stop giving service appointments, since they can't fulfill their time commitments.
Anti-freeze fluid did not get filled up. Reservoir level was very low. Tires did not get to rotate as scheduled.
